Physical Therapies

Packing on some lean muscle mass is an important part of reversing one's age.

Physical therapies are those that require one to engage in some physical act to reverse one’s age.  They are often among the most time consuming therapies, but simultaneously yield the greatest benefits. Below are some options:

Cardio Training – Cycling, Running, Hiking, Walking, Tennis

Strength Training – There are literally thousands of different strategies to get stronger and build muscle mass.  Right now, I favor lifting heavy weight for only a few repititions.

Yoga – Many varieties

Breathwork

Remember, a few of the biomarkers of aging include:

Body fat percentage

Lean muscle mass

Bone density

Strength

Basal Metabolic Rate

VO2 Max

These biomarkers can only be improved via physical training.
